We have two standard sizes* of our conveyor belts: L40 and the larger model L80. The size is often chosen based on the accumulated weight, the size of goods, or the quantity to be transported. The conveyor belts can be end-driven or center-driven, and for reversible movement, center drive is preferred.
Conveyor tracks are constructed with an aluminum frame, a galvanized sliding plate, and a combination of steel or aluminum components. The conveyor belt is typically made of black PVC as the standard material, but we also offer the possibility of other materials and special designs.
All our conveyors can be equipped with stands, which are also made from aluminum profiles. The stands can come with adjustable or fixed feet, as well as wheels.
Side supports are used to divert, accumulate, or guide goods. We offer several different solutions, including bent plates and adjustable side supports.
Additionally, we have experience with specialized conveyors, such as those with parallel drive, toothed belts, lamella belts, drum motors, and knife edges – in short, solutions for most needs.
